Our client is looking for a Parts Order Specialist to support the daily parts sourcing and ordering operations of a U.S. based appliance repair service company.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying the correct parts needed for appliance repairs, sourcing accurate part numbers, locating them through appropriate suppliers, and processing daily orders using purchase orders (POs).

Previous experience working with parts is required. The ideal candidate understands the identification, sourcing, and ordering process and can independently research and order the correct components efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
• Identify the correct parts required for appliance repairs
• Research and source accurate part numbers based on appliance and repair information
• Locate parts through appropriate vendors and suppliers
• Place and manage daily parts orders using purchase order (PO) numbers
• Verify part numbers, availability, pricing, and order details before purchasing
• Track orders and maintain accurate parts and purchasing records
• Communicate with vendors and internal team members
• Maintain organized records in systems and databases

Requirements
• Previous professional experience working with parts
• Strong knowledge of parts identification, sourcing, and ordering processes
• Experience researching and sourcing part numbers
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders (POs)
• Comfortable working with vendors, supplier websites, and parts ordering systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure ordering accuracy
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Highly Preferred
• Experience working with a U.S. based appliance repair or home services company

Full-Time - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (1 hour break)
