Agile Master | Mid Level

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Agile Master | Mid Level based in Brazil.

This mid-level role focuses on enabling agile teams to collaborate effectively and deliver value with greater consistency.
You will facilitate team workflows, strengthen alignment, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
The position combines Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices with practical delivery and flow management.
You will monitor agile metrics and indicators to improve predictability, identify risks, and support sustainable delivery.
A key part of the role involves anticipating obstacles and removing impediments that could affect team performance and outcomes.
You will also facilitate ceremonies and adapt agile practices to the specific needs and maturity of the team.
This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced technology professional who enjoys helping teams improve how they work and deliver value.

Accountabilities:

• Facilitate team activities and collaboration, promoting alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the operational delivery flow remains efficient, sustainable, and focused on continuous value delivery.
• Monitor team progress using agile metrics and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support workflow management and improve predictability, delivery consistency, and value generation.
• Identify, monitor, and manage risks that could impact project or team deliveries.
• Anticipate potential issues and help remove impediments that may compromise delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices according to the needs, context, and maturity of the team.
• Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste, maximize value, and optimize the use of team resources.
• Continuously improve processes, Agile practices, and workflows to strengthen team effectiveness.
• Requirements:
  • Degree, postgraduate qualification, or MBA in Information Technology or a related field, with a minimum workload of 360 hours for postgraduate programs.
  • Solid professional experience in Information Technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and concepts.
  • Experience monitoring and interpreting Agile metrics and performance indicators.
  • Experience identifying, tracking, and managing delivery risks and impediments.
  • Knowledge of workflow management and continuous improvement practices.
  • Understanding of Lean principles and their application within Agile environments.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • PSM I certification is desirable.
  • Previous experience working on projects in the financial services sector is a plus.
