About this Role.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist, Fashion based in Brazil.

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will lead creative strategy for enterprise fashion and ecommerce accounts, shaping paid social campaigns that drive measurable growth. You'll combine performance data, consumer insights, brand research, and industry trends to develop compelling creative concepts and testing strategies. The role spans ideation, copywriting, scripting, creative performance analysis, client communication, and production oversight. You'll manage a portfolio of 6--10 clients while partnering closely with creative, production, and client management teams. Your recommendations will directly influence key performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, and brand awareness. In an AI-enabled, people-first environment, you'll continuously experiment, learn from results, and turn insights into stronger creative outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead paid social creative strategy across a portfolio of 6--10 enterprise-level clients.
  • Use creative performance data, consumer research, brand insights, and ecommerce trends to develop high-performing creative concepts and assets.
  • Research client brands, competitors, industries, and platform-specific creative best practices to inform strategy.
  • Regularly audit accounts to identify winning and underperforming ads, communicate findings to clients, and develop hypotheses and testing strategies through monthly creative roadmaps.
  • Develop consumer-centric direct-response copy, messaging strategies, scripts, and visual concepts, and oversee their execution through production and delivery.
  • Review video and image assets and provide clear, actionable feedback to editors and production teams.
  • Manage creative requests, deliverables, timelines, edits, reshoots, and production workflows using tools such as Asana.
  • Lead internal creative syncs, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain strong creative output.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for creative strategy, building trusted relationships and maintaining positive client sentiment.
  • Communicate recommendations and performance insights through compelling storytelling and clear reporting.
  • Provide strategic guidance and, when necessary, push back on client timelines, scope, feedback, or creative direction based on performance best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to expand creative services and contribute to broader account growth.
  • Manage interns, part-time, or full-time team members when applicable.
  • Apply AI technologies and internal AI-enabled platforms to improve creative strategy, research, analysis, and business processes.
  • Monitor performance against key objectives, including client retention, management of 6--10 enterprise accounts, and approximately $100,000 in monthly recurring revenue.
  • Requirements:
    • Demonstrated experience developing performance-driven creative strategies, preferably within fashion, ecommerce, or digital marketing environments.
    • Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and/or comparable performance advertising platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, or Pinterest.
    • Advanced ability to pull, interpret, and apply creative performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and shape testing roadmaps.
    • Strong understanding of paid social and performance creative best practices and the ability to translate insights into actionable creative strategies.
    • Proven copywriting skills, including the ability to develop effective advertising copy, consumer messaging, and structured scripts.
    • Ability to connect strategic concepts with corresponding visuals and oversee creative execution through production.
    • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand positioning, ecommerce trends, and performance marketing principles.
    • Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to present creative reporting, explain recommendations, and build trusted relationships.
    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, creative teams, production teams, post-production teams, and internal stakeholders.
    • Highly proactive, analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented, with a growth mindset and a willingness to continuously test, learn, iterate, and troubleshoot.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple clients, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
    • Experience using AI tools to support research, writing, analysis, automation, or creative strategy is valued.
    • Experience with programmatic creative channels such as display, CTV, or OLV, and familiarity with Google Performance Max or YouTube Ads insights, is advantageous.
    • Professional fluency in English, including strong English-language copywriting skills.
    • Availability to work remotely within U.S. time zones.
