About this Role.

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in accounting / bookeeping to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

  • Provide centralized financial and bookkeeping support across multiple projects and entities;

  • Track daily financial activity, including income, expenses, and project-level performance;

  • Monitor cash flow, basic forecasting, and financial visibility;

  • Prepare and organize invoices, track vendor payments, pending invoices, and due dates;

  • Support bank and account reconciliations by organizing and categorizing transactions;

  • Monitor business accounts and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records;

  • Implement and maintain structured expense controls and financial documentation;

  • Organize financial files and documentation for audits, compliance, and reporting as needed;

  • Support accounting coordination by ensuring records are clean, organized, and accessible;

Requirements

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, finance, or financial administrative support;

  • Strong attention to detail and financial organization skills;

  • Experience handling multiple projects or entities simultaneously;

  • Proactive, analytical, reliable, and resourceful mindset;

  • Comfortable working with financial data, spreadsheets, and documentation;

  • Hands-on and collaborative, willing to support cross-functional needs when required;

  • Hospitality or Real Estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory;
