This job is open to candidates working remotely from anywhere
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4-6 hours of overlap with US Central Time
Compensation: 1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days / 1,500 USD/month after that. Uncapped commissions explained below (Realistic annual target income: $30,000+ USD)

We need someone to own one of those verticals completely. That means selling yourself and building the system, data, and team that makes the vertical work without you having to do everything.
You're not a manager who delegates. You're a player-coach — you close contracts and you build the machine that closes more.
You'll take a vertical — an assigned industry like franchise operators, professional services, or healthcare — and run it like your own business inside ScaleSource.
Generate and close your own contracts while building the sales system
Define who to target and develop outreach strategies, not just execute them
Build the prospect pipeline, CRM process, scripts, and reporting from scratch
Use AI and automation to make the vertical faster and more consistent
Add [___] team members to your pod as the vertical scales
Own the pod's numbers — if they miss, that's on you, not them
Run weekly scorecards and report on what's working and what isn't
Create a clear, repeatable sales process.
Close 6 new ScaleSource contracts in your first 90 days — personally.
That's not separate from the leadership work. It's part of it. We need to know you can sell before we trust you to lead others selling.
After 90 days: 4+ contracts per month from the pod, with you accountable for all of them.
Solid B2B sales experience, including hands-on outbound and inbound
Experience managing or coaching a sales team — with real accountability, not just oversight
Experience selling to US-based business owners or decision-makers is preferred
Experience owning a team's number, not just your own quota
Ability to build sales systems, playbooks, and processes without a template
Strong data instincts — you track things, you find patterns, you adjust
Daily use of AI tools to improve speed, research, and team output
Strong spoken and written English
Overlap with U.S. business hours (Central Time preferred)
Huge plus if you have experience with:
Staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, BPO, virtual assistant, or remote talent sales
Selling to SMBs, franchise brands, franchisees, clinics, home services companies, agencies, or multi-location operators
Funnel building, landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, or digital marketing
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lead411, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Close, or similar tools
Creating sales content, short videos, webinars, case studies, scripts, or prospect education material
First 90 days: $250 bonus per new contract closed
After 90 days: $750 monthly bonus for every month with 4 new contracts signed
Additional upside: $250 bonus for every contract above 4 in a month
No cap
Realistic annual target income: $30,000+ USD
Example:
4 contracts in a month = 1,250 base + 750 bonus
6 contracts in a month = 1,250 base + 750 bonus + $500 additional contract bonuses
8 contracts in a month = 1,250 base + 750 bonus + $1,000 additional contract bonuses
We run on EOS — clear goals, weekly scorecards, honest feedback. Your pod will have a scorecard. You own that scorecard. Accountability isn't a vibe here, it's a system.
