Our vision is clear: a future where buildings run autonomously, so our clients can focus on what matters most. **Location:** 100% remote – we prioritize candidates based in Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina **What this role is about** --------------------------- You'll be responsible for managing the vendor and supplier ecosystem behind Keedian’s field operations, executing procurement of hardware and services, and supporting project execution across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with: * IoT Engineering, which defines technical standards * Product, which defines platform requirements * Project Managers, who lead execution Your role is to ensure that vendors, materials, and costs are aligned so projects can be executed efficiently and without delays. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be involved in sourcing vendors, comparing options, negotiating costs, coordinating logistics, and making sure execution happens as planned. You’ll learn fast. The operations are real, the clients depend on them, and delays or inefficiencies have direct impact. This is a team that is still evolving — which means more ownership, more visibility, and more responsibility from early on. If you're looking for a role where you can operate close to execution, make decisions, and directly impact cost and delivery — this is it. **Responsibilities** -------------------- ### **Vendor & Supplier Management** * Manage vendor performance across SLA, quality, and cost * Build and maintain a scalable vendor network across regions * Evaluate and replace underperforming vendors ### **Sourcing & Procurement** * Identify and evaluate hardware suppliers and field service partners * Compare technical and commercial options aligned with internal standards * Execute procurement of hardware, materials, and services * Analyze quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts ### **Cost & Efficiency** * Monitor and control cost per project and work order * Identify inefficiencies and reduce unnecessary costs * Benchmark vendors across regions and categories ### **Logistics & Coordination** * Coordinate delivery of hardware and vendor availability * Track timelines and ensure readiness for execution * Prevent delays caused by missing materials or vendor misalignment ### **Project Execution Support** * Work closely with Project Managers to support execution * Ensure vendors are aligned with project timelines and scope * Act as a bridge between vendors, operations, and project teams ### **Operational Performance** * Monitor execution performance (response time, resolution time) * Ensure vendors meet operational SLAs * Identify and address recurring issues **Requirements** ---------------- We are looking for a mid-level to senior profile with strong execution capability: * 4–8+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or field operations * Experience working with suppliers, contractors, or technical vendors * Experience sourcing hardware or managing service providers * Strong negotiation and cost management skills * Ability to operate in execution-heavy environments * Analytical mindset — comfortable working with cost and performance data * Strong ownership and ability to make decisions * Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow * Fluent Spanish and intermediate to advanced English * Reliable remote work setup **Nice to have** ---------------- * Experience with HVAC, BMS, EMS, or IoT-related environments * Experience in field service operations or multi-site maintenance * Experience working with US-based vendor networks * Exposure to procurement processes in technical environments **Benefits** ------------ 💻 100% remote ⏰ Flexible schedule 🍰 Day off on your birthday 😁 Reduced hours on Fridays 🌴 Unlimited vacations 💊 Sick leave days 🏠 Moving day off 🎓 Support for studies, training, and languages 👥 Referral program If this sounds like the kind of environment where you can drive execution, optimize costs, and build a reliable vendor network with real impact — we’d like to meet you. 💙
