UI/UX Designer (Shopify & Ecommerce) for a USA Client - Remote

We are looking for a Digital Designer with strong UI/UX and e-commerce design experience to support our client's Conversion and Retention teams. This role will focus on designing high-converting Shopify experiences and engaging retention marketing assets while maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Shopify landing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), collection pages, cart pages, and checkout experiences.

• Create high-performing email and SMS designs for Klaviyo campaigns, automations, and retention flows.

• Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices to improve user experience and performance.

• Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across web, email, and retention channels.

• Collaborate with marketing, growth, and retention teams to support ongoing testing and optimization initiatives.

• Rapidly iterate on designs based on performance data, user feedback, and business needs.

• Utilize low-code design and development tools to bring concepts to life efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing UI/UX for Shopify e-commerce brands.

• Strong portfolio showcasing web/UI design and email marketing design work.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Solid understanding of CRO principles and e-commerce best practices.

• Experience with low-code tools such as Replo, Instant, Framer, or Webflow.

• Working knowledge of front-end development concepts and web technologies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and iterate quickly.

• AI-native mindset with experience leveraging AI tools to improve design workflows and productivity.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
