UiPath Dev Lead / Technical Lead

A **UiPath Technical Lead** is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using the UiPath platform. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, and ensuring the delivery of efficient and high-quality automation solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage a team of RPA developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices. * Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities. * Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath. * Oversee the coding, testing, and debugging of RPA bots. * Ensure automation solutions meet quality standards and operate as intended. * Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure automation solutions align with business needs. * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including: Technical design documents, Process design documents, Process maps * Identify and resolve issues during the development and deployment of RPA processes. * Stay up to date with the latest developments in RPA technologies and recommend improvements when appropriate. **Qualifications** * Proven experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role with a strong track record of designing and implementing RPA solutions. * **Total experience:** 7–12 years * **Relevant UiPath experience:** 5 years * **Team Lead experience:** 4 years * Proficiency in UiPath. * Solid understanding of software development principles. * Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C#, VBScript, and SQL is advantageous. * Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing projects. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
