About this Role.

Position: Senior SaaS Platform Administrator (Torii) Location: Remote from LATAM Contract Type: Full-time (Vendor) Time Zone Alignment: CT

About In All Media

We are a Managed Nearshore Teams provider headquartered in Austin, Texas, specializing in building and embedding high-performing software development teams. From design to deployment, we deliver customized solutions by connecting global talent with innovative client projects. Our model allows you to work on international challenges, collaborate with diverse teams, and grow your career while being part of a company that values expertise, creativity, and impact.

Project Overview

In this role, you will step in as the primary SaaS Administrator to drive a critical enterprise initiative: centralizing and automating the management of a massive ecosystem of over 500+ active SaaS applications. Operating in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional enterprise landscape, you will lead the charge in migrating operations away from manual tracking spreadsheet chaos into high-accuracy, automated tool governance.

Utilizing Torii as a central enterprise Data Hub, this project connects Procurement, Finance, Security, and Application Owners under one umbrella. The platform is not just an inventory tool—it powers the corporate Application Catalog, controls license spend, and actively automates identity provisioning to mitigate corporate security risks and optimize cloud costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Administration & Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end administration of contract metadata, license utilization, ownership tracking, and renewal timelines within the Torii SaaS (Software as a Service) Management platform.

  • Workflow Automation & Integration: Build and maintain API (Application Programming Interface) integrations and automated user onboarding/offboarding provisioning workflows. Monitor and troubleshoot existing integration connections with internal tools.

  • Data Auditing & Integrity: Conduct regular data audits, cross-reference platform records with Workday updates, perform internal data investigations, and resolve high-level data inconsistencies to keep the platform a pristine "source of truth."

  • Financial & Contract Review: Perform direct software contract reviews, cost center mappings, and spend analysis to optimize license allocations and manage the corporate Renewal Calendar.

  • Cross-Functional Governance: Evaluate newly discovered shadow IT applications, validate technical owners, and collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, and IT teams to ensure proper security governance compliance.

  • Stakeholder Onboarding: Maintain the internal Application Catalog to keep available tools visible enterprise-wide, and educate Application Owners on data governance responsibilities.

Must-Have Skills

  • SaaS & Product Management: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms or complex tech software products.

  • Procurement & Contract Operations: 4+ years of dedicated experience managing enterprise technology contracts, including cost centers, license utilization data, and procurement cycles.

  • Business Background: Proven experience working within or closely alongside corporate back-office departments such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procurement, Legal, or Finance.

  • Automation Familiarity: Clear conceptual or hands-on familiarity with API integration models and workflow automation concepts.

  • Analytical & Data Skills: Strong proficiency in deep-dive data management, reporting, and uncovering/resolving messy data quality mismatches.

  • Fluent English & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to confidently interface with corporate leadership, collaborate on technical details, and manage multiple concurrent system changes in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Platform Specifics: Direct, prior administrator experience with Torii (or highly similar SaaS Management Platforms / SMPs like Zylo, Productiv, or LeanIX).

  • Enterprise Scale: Experience navigating complex, large-scale enterprise environments (managing fleets of 500+ corporate applications).

  • Governance Frameworks: Structural familiarity with IT Governance frameworks, Application Catalogs, and enterprise information security vetting processes.

Time Zone & Collaboration

This role is 100% remote from LATAM and requires consistent overlap with teams (CT). Flexibility is expected to accommodate key ceremonies, stand-ups, and collaborative sessions within standard Austin business hours.

Language

All interviews, documentation, and daily communication are in English.
