About this Role.

At SunnyData, a leading DataBricks technology partner, our mission is to empower customers with scalable architectures, robust data engineering pipelines, seamless data consumption layers, and advanced ML and AI applications. As a Technology Partnerships Associate, you will build and strengthen strategic partner relationships, and ensure compliance with partner program requirements. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute partnership strategies, track performance, and support business growth through effective collaboration and partner enablement.

This is a launchpad role with a clear path to grow into Partner Management, Partner Sales or Partner Marketing as you build relationships and commercial skills.

THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE

  • Own the day-to-day administration of all partner portals (Databricks, Anthropic, Omni, Monte Carlo, AWS, Microsoft) — ensuring deals, certifications, pipeline, and program data are accurately loaded and current every single day.

  • Proactively track down information across a fast-moving organization — persistently following up with sales, delivery, and leadership to gather the data needed to keep partner records complete and deadlines met.

  • Support joint business opportunities through lead generation, account mapping, and opportunity tracking.

  • Ensure partner program compliance by maintaining partner portals, certifications, and program requirements.

  • Support and execute the partnership strategy while tracking key goals, pipeline, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide regular updates to leadership on partnership initiatives.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Interest and experience in partnerships and commercial growth, with strong attention to detail in tracking pipeline and program data..

  • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams.

  • Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Nice to have: Experience with cloud partner programs such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, or Snowflake.

  • Nice to have: Experience with partner portals, certification tracking, and program compliance.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
