Technical support Engineer - L1
Required
- Basic Telecom, MS-Office, ATT Products, Networks Fundamentals, Network Design Level 1
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English (CEFR B2 and above)
- Responsible for supporting the WAN/LAN infrastructures for several accounts
- Provide life-cycle management, quality assurance, customer communications and technical troubleshooting support. Assigned to multiple complex accounts encompassing a wide range of technical feature sets.
- Use provided network troubleshooting tools to perform basic probing/diagnosis to fix issues and route tickets to appropriate teams for further resolution
- Coordinates with field support organizations to install/fix network issues
Desired
- Works on problems of extremely complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation covering all aspects of IP based networking
- Should have knowledge of LAN protocols like STP, RSTP, DTP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP etc
- Should have knowledge of WAN protocols like EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.

Schedule & Work Setup
- Three shifts available:
- 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Mexico time) – Home office
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mexico time) – On-site (TecnoParque, Mexico City)
- 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Mexico time) – Home office
INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
