We're looking for a Mid/Senior Technical Recruiter who can identify exceptional technical talent, understand complex hiring needs, and become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Role Overview

As a Mid/Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for highly technical positions, working directly with international clients, engineering leaders, and top-tier candidates across Latin America.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who understands technology, enjoys solving difficult hiring challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced, AI-driven recruiting environment. You'll work alongside sourcing specialists, customer success, and leadership to consistently deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for software engineering, data, AI, cloud, DevOps, product, and other technical roles.

• Partner directly with international clients to understand business needs, technical requirements, and hiring priorities.

• Punctually hire for GTM and specific business needs. (90% tech + 10% business)

• Conduct high-quality recruiter interviews, evaluating both technical backgrounds and soft skills.

• Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and proactive talent mapping.

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.

• Provide consultative hiring recommendations backed by market knowledge and structured candidate assessments.

• Collaborate with our sourcing team to continuously improve pipeline quality and hiring efficiency.

• Leverage AI tools to improve recruiter productivity, candidate evaluation, documentation, and workflow automation.

• Maintain excellent ATS hygiene and ensure accurate hiring metrics throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience recruiting technical talent, preferably within a staffing, recruiting agency, or RPO environment.

• Proven experience hiring Software Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, QA Engineers, or similar technical profiles.

• Strong understanding of modern software development concepts, technologies, and engineering roles.

• Professional-level English (written and spoken).

• Professional-level Spanish (written and spoken).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining quality.

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.

• Experience working with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Comfortable working in a highly autonomous, remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for US or European companies.

• Experience recruiting across Latin America.

• Experience recruiting AI, Machine Learning, or Data professionals.

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn.
