Opportunity!

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience leading Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot initiatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of enterprise technology projects, partnering with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. Requirements:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot projects.

• Coordinate cross-functional engineering and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage project schedules, priorities, scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.

• Facilitate clear and effective communication with internal teams, clients, and executive stakeholders.

• Apply Agile delivery methodologies to drive continuous progress and successful project outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience in technical project management within enterprise environments.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 solutions.

• Experience managing engineering teams and coordinating technical delivery.

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

• Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience working with distributed onshore, offshore, or hybrid delivery teams.

• Professional proficiency in English.

Bonus Points:

• Experience delivering Microsoft Copilot implementations or AI-enabled workplace solutions.

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with hybrid global delivery models and geographically distributed teams.

• Experience working with organizations aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.

• Microsoft or Agile certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar) are a plus.
