What are we looking for?
In this opportunity, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to work with one of our foreign clients, a company that's a leading provider of AI evaluation and optimization solutions, and to detect performance issues in large language models.
If you are fully fluent in English, proactive, communicate well, like to solve problems, and have a strong attention to detail, this role might be a great fit for you! Our jobs are fully remote, and you will be integrated directly into the client’s team, gaining valuable experience and forming meaningful connections.
Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:
* Managing projects in a fast-paced startup environment, where scope and timelines may change dynamically
* Adapting quickly to changing project assumptions, sometimes adjusted live during client calls
* Participating in client meetings
* Translating business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the technical team
* Working closely with international clients and internal technical teams
* Capturing, documenting, and organizing meeting outcomes, including action items, decisions, and next steps
* Tracking tasks, progress, and dependencies, and ensuring follow-through
* Supporting projects related to AI / ML, with a strong understanding of concepts
and approaches (no coding required)
You will shine if you have:
* Strong professional experience in an IT Project/People Manager position, preferably in a startup environment.
* Previous experience in tech roles (eg, QA, Developer).
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Interest or experience in AI technologies, with the ability to understand technical concepts.
* Ability to work from 6 AM - 2 PM Pacific time
* Strong startup mindset: flexibility (ability to work well under pressure and frequent change), proactiveness, and a “get things done” attitude.
