We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner to act as the execution engine between client vision and engineering delivery. You’ll drive day-to-day team operations — sprint planning, backlog grooming, story writing, and removing blockers — while ensuring a consistent delivery cadence and strong team accountability.
Requirements
What you own:
Day-to-day execution with the engineering team (sprint planning, backlog grooming, story writing, unblocking)
Translating the client's vision into actionable, well-defined tickets
Driving delivery cadence and team accountability
Must-have:
5 years as a Product Owner embedded with engineering teams
Hands-on experience owning a backlog for teams building AI or ML features
Hands-on experience with data platform initiatives: data pipelines, ETL, data warehousing, data engineering teams
Proven execution track record: sprint velocity, release frequency, unblocking teams
Comfortable operating under someone else's vision without friction
Strong English communication
Nice-to-have:
Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Airflow, or similar
Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment. Supply Chain experience is optimal.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent qualification.
