Sizanid Staffing, a leading staffing agency and part of Sizanid HR, is seeking a motivated **Talent Sourcer** to join our innovative recruitment team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our diverse client base. Utilizing a mix of advanced sourcing techniques, social media platforms, and industry knowledge, you will proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline. The Talent Sourcer will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and deliver high-quality candidate options.
