About this role
As a Talent Operations & Systems Specialist, you'll sit at the intersection of recruiting process and technology — owning the operational infrastructure that makes hiring teams fast, consistent, and data-driven. Systems implementation is a core part of your work, but so is the day-to-day: building sourcing frameworks, maintaining data integrity, designing recruiter workflows, and ensuring the recruiting function actually runs the way it was built to. You'll work across clients at different growth stages, from founding teams optimizing their first ATS to scaling orgs rebuilding a broken stack.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end implementations of recruiting and talent systems — primarily Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, and adjacent tools like CodeSignal and Notion — from configuration through enablement
- Design and maintain recruiting workflows, pipeline stage logic, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that reflect how clients actually hire
- Build sourcing infrastructure: Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter workflows, talent mapping templates, and market research frameworks
- Audit existing ATS and RecOps setups, identify gaps, and deliver clean, scalable fixes
- Create recruiter-facing documentation, training materials, and SOPs clients can own long-term
- Partner with Talent leads and founders to translate hiring goals into operational systems and processes
- Manage 8–15 concurrent client engagements across varying timelines and complexity

🔧 You're comfortable in the ATS weeds. Custom fields, workflow automations, offer configurations, reporting dashboards — you've built all of it and know the tradeoffs.
📋 You think in systems and process. When something breaks, you fix the root cause and document it so it doesn't break again.
🧠 You use AI to move faster. Claude, ChatGPT, and other tools are part of how you work — for documentation, sourcing, research, and problem-solving.
🎯 You're adaptable. You can context-switch from a same-day ATS fix to a 6-week recruiting ops buildout without losing momentum.
📊 You care about data quality. You know that bad pipeline data leads to bad hiring decisions, and you build systems that protect against it.
