ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on execution role focused 100% on active sourcing. You will proactively identify and engage high-quality talent across multiple functions and seniority levels using multiple sourcing channels, advanced search techniques, and thoughtful outreach.
Success requires high-output execution, strong judgment, persistence, excellent communication, and the ability to operate with urgency in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
Active Sourcing
Proactively source candidates across multiple job boards, platforms, and sourcing channels
Use advanced Boolean search techniques to identify strong talent
Build pipelines across multiple functions and seniority levels
Identify strong passive candidates
Partner closely with recruiting and hiring managers to align on hiring needs.
CANDIDATE OUTREACH
Write outbound messaging that drives candidate engagement
Qualify candidates early in the process
Move qualified candidates into the recruiting workflow
PIPELINE MANAGEMENT
Maintain organized sourcing workflows and candidate tracking
Continuously improve sourcing strategies and outreach quality
Continuously iterate on sourcing methods, messaging, and targeting
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Consistently builds high-quality candidate pipelines
Surfaces strong candidates quickly across multiple functions
Generates strong response and assessment completion rates
Operates with speed, consistency, and minimal oversight
Raises the overall talent bar of the company over time
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
1+ year of full-time active sourcing experience - mandatory
Experience sourcing across multiple job boards and sourcing platforms
Strong outbound recruiting and candidate outreach skills
Experience using advanced Boolean search techniques
Excellent written English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple open searches simultaneously
STRONG PLUS
Experience sourcing across multiple functions and seniority levels
Experience in high-growth, e-commerce, or performance-driven companies
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
Work Requirements
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
💻 Workspace: Fixed, professional setup (no digital nomads)
📊 Output: Daily briefs and feedback loops (high consistency required)
