The Head of Recruitment will lead our recruitment strategy, overseeing the recruitment team and driving initiatives to attract and retain top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent acquisition trends, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building a diverse workforce.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Manage the recruitment budget and resources effectively.
Create and promote strategies for successful contractor retention.
Requirements
Experience recruiting 1099 contractors in the United States
Proven experience leading recruitment teams.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
