This is a Full-Time Independent Contractor role with working hours from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We request that all CVs be submitted in English.
The Talent Acquisition Analyst will support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring an efficient hiring process while delivering a positive candidate experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help attract high-quality talent to the organization.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards.
Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.
Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Relevant certifications in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter certification, HR certifications) are an advantage
Equivalent work experience in recruiting or talent acquisition may be considered in place of a formal degree.
Strong English proficiency (verbal and written) required.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar HR-related role.
Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles and levels.
Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).
Experience coordinating with hiring managers and supporting end-to-end hiring processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Teams experience preferred.
Experience using video conferencing tools such as Zoom / MS Teams.

Exposure to international hiring or remote/global recruitment is preferred.
Experience supporting hiring for corporate, operational, or technical roles is a plus.
Familiarity with working in structured HR or talent acquisition teams is beneficial.
