We are hiring a Supply Chain & Procurement Director for a fast-growing functional beverage brand in the US. The company manufactures and sells a colorful, flavor-forward product line at significant scale, with 100+ active SKUs, weekly new flavor drops, and a tolling-based manufacturing model across 50+ ingredients.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can keep a fast-moving product calendar fully supplied without overbuying. You will own planning, procurement, manufacturing coordination, and inventory across the entire operation, and you will be the person who spots shortages, bottlenecks, and risks before they turn into stockouts.
Supply Chain Planning
Own the end to end supply chain planning process across raw materials, packaging, finished goods, production timelines, and inventory availability
Ensure the brand is never out of stock and is prepared for rapid sales spikes, limited edition drops, and weekly product launches
Build and maintain systems that support 100+ active SKUs and frequent new flavor innovation
Partner with manufacturing, operations, finance, product development, and leadership to align production planning with demand
Identify bottlenecks, risks, and shortages before they become business problems
Procurement & Raw Material Management
Manage procurement across 50+ ingredients, including flavor systems, functional ingredients, packaging, and other raw materials
Own supplier relationships and negotiate aggressively to secure the lowest possible cost without compromising quality, lead times, or supply reliability
Build multiple sourcing options for critical ingredients to reduce dependency and improve leverage
Monitor lead times, MOQs, price changes, supplier capacity, and inventory risk
Drive continuous cost savings across the supply base
Manufacturing Coordination
Work directly with toll manufacturers to ensure production is completed on time, in full, and to quality standards
Track production schedules, ingredient availability, packaging readiness, and finished goods output
Hold manufacturing partners accountable to agreed timelines, quality standards, and service levels
Escalate issues quickly and solve problems in real time
Support rapid product drops and innovation cycles without sacrificing execution quality
Inventory, Forecasting & Cash Conversion
Maintain accurate inventory visibility across raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods
Build planning tools and reporting that help the business make fast, informed inventory decisions
Balance inventory availability with cash discipline, avoiding both stockouts and unnecessary overbuying
Improve the cash conversion cycle through smarter purchasing, better production planning, and tighter inventory management
Analyze demand patterns, drop performance, reorder needs, and SKU velocity
Quality & On Time Execution
Ensure every product is produced to specification and meets brand quality expectations
Partner with QA and manufacturing teams to address product, ingredient, packaging, or production issues immediately
Ensure product availability supports fast shipping, accurate orders, and a strong customer experience
Protect the brand by making sure supply chain execution matches the speed of customer demand
