In this role, you will own vendor payment processes, improve reconciliation workflows, and ensure accurate cash flow management across our supply chain. You will play a key role in optimizing financial operations, identifying automation opportunities, and driving data-driven decision-making. #### **What You’ll Do** 1. Manage **weekly and monthly vendor & 3PL payments**, ensuring >90% on-time accuracy 2. Own and improve **reconciliation processes** with vendors and internal teams 3. Monitor **actual payments vs forecast**, identifying deviations and risks 4. Redesign and enhance **payment forecasting models** 5. Identify and implement **automation opportunities** in finance workflows 6. Build **reports, KPIs, and controls** to improve financial visibility 7. Collaborate with **Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Finance teams** 8. Act as the **main point of contact for vendor payment topics**
