The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end import operations, high-priority customer orders, and internal operational processes to ensure smooth, accurate, and reliable business performance. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency, particularly within a food import and supply-chain environment. The Supply Chain Coordinator will also provide operational and administrative support to the CEO as required.
This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including import coordination, supplier communication, freight forwarding, and customs documentation
Oversee high-priority customer orders to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery and 100% customer satisfaction
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, delays, and discrepancies before they impact customers or costs
Maintain accurate records in NetSuite for orders, inventory, shipments, and vendor bills
Track and reconcile import costs, freight charges, duties, and multi-currency transactions with high financial accuracy
Create, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within areas of responsibility
Build and maintain Excel-based trackers, reconciliations, and operational reports
Collaborate professionally with suppliers, freight partners, customers, and internal teams
Provide timely operational and administrative support to the CEO, including reporting, data analysis, and follow-ups on key action items
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
At least 2 years of experience managing import processes, ideally within the food industry
Proficiency in NetSuite or a similar ERP system
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
Proficiency in NetSuite or a similar ERP system
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
