We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Supervisor to lead social media initiatives for an iconic fashion and lifestyle brand. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the brand's digital presence, ensuring that content reflects its identity, visual language, and tone of voice. You will oversee content strategies, identify emerging trends, and develop innovative formats and campaigns that strengthen audience engagement. Working closely with creators and internal planning teams, you will translate brand objectives into impactful digital experiences. You will also lead and develop a team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:

• Oversee the performance and results of the social media area, ensuring that activities meet established objectives, targets, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement social media strategies, identifying creative opportunities, innovative content formats, relevant topics, and new approaches to strengthen the brand's digital presence.
• Ensure that all content consistently reflects the brand's tone of voice, visual identity, positioning, and communication guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and introduce innovative solutions, evaluating the relevance and applicability of new technologies, tools, and industry practices.
• Collaborate with planning teams to identify suitable creators, content formats, platforms, tools, and campaigns that maximize the impact of social media initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including engagement, reach, return on investment (ROI), and conversion, using insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize results.
• Supervise and develop the social media team, promoting technical and behavioral development, collaboration, and alignment with organizational values.
• Ensure appropriate working conditions and encourage a positive, creative, and collaborative team environment.
• Present performance insights and improvement opportunities to management, contributing to the continuous evolution of the brand's digital communication strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international professional environment.
• Availability to travel for business purposes.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify trends, develop innovative content ideas, and translate brand objectives into engaging social media initiatives.
• Understanding of social media strategies, content planning, digital communication, and brand positioning.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and KPIs such as engagement, reach, ROI, and conversion.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a creative team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with creators, planning teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, improving processes, and adopting new technologies and digital tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities while delivering results in a dynamic environment.
