Identify opportunities within existing clients and help shape them into clear business proposals or presentations. Contribute to bridging technical insights with actionable business strategies to strengthen our client relationships. * Drive Operational Improvement Collaborate in defining and refining methodologies, cross-project workflows, staffing strategies, hiring plans, client NPS initiatives, and budget tracking. Help identify areas of inefficiency and propose data-driven improvements. * Support Leadership Work closely with the COO and CEO on company-wide initiatives, providing strategic and operational insights. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, or business cases to support decision-making. * Collaborate with Leadership Work closely with senior leaders, providing support on key strategic initiatives and processes. Problem-Solving Support Act as a dependable resource to assist in resolving unforeseen challenges and issues as they arise.
