Strategic Partnerships Analyst
A bit about us:
We’re on a mission to change the tire industry — how it’s delivered and how it’s experienced. A pioneer in automotive e-commerce, we take pride in our extensive selection of top-name brands and budget-friendly options, ensuring our customers find the perfect tire for their needs. As part of our growing team across the US and Argentina, you’ll contribute to our commitment to exceptional service, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We’re one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies in the US — come help us build it.
A bit more about this role:
This is not a sales role. There are no quotas, no prospecting, no cold outreach. This is an execution and analysis role supporting strategic partnerships.
You will operate as the analytical and operational backbone for our account lead — drafting their communications, building weekly presentations, tracking every open commitment, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The person in this seat is the one who makes the partnership look sharp from the outside. You work in the background and take pride in that.
You will work in an entrepreneurial environment where we are constantly looking to learn what our partners need and to develop better ways to serve them.
Eligibility Requirements
Excellent command of the English language — written and verbal. This is the single most important requirement for this role. You will be assessed on it.
Finished university degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similarly rigorous field
Availability to work full US business hours (PST)
At least 2–4 years of full-time private sector experience in a role requiring both analytical output and professional written communication
Must not have had any disciplinary actions regarding attendance, conduct, and/or performance in the past 90 days
Responsibilities will include:
Draft all written communications for the account lead — emails, formal responses, and internal updates — requiring minimal revision
Build and maintain weekly account presentations, pulling data and shaping it into a clear, executive-ready narrative
Monitor account performance metrics and proactively surface anomalies or risks before they escalate
Track all open action items and commitments; drive them to closure without being asked
Prepare briefing materials ahead of every meeting or call
Coordinate rapid internal responses to partner requests, managing timelines and follow-through
Pull and analyze data from internal systems (BigQuery, dashboards) to answer business questions and build the fact base for strategy
Maintain a clean log of all partner commitments, decisions, and status updates
Attributes to success:
You are a precise, professional writer in English — your drafts do not need to be cleaned up
You are uncomfortable when something is unresolved or overdue; you close loops
You read situations and people well; you know what a counterpart actually needs, not just what they asked for
You are calm, fast, and impossible to rattle under pressure
You have a bias toward action and do not wait to be asked twice
You are comfortable pivoting priorities based on what the business needs that day
Desired skills & experience:
Proficiency in SQL and Excel; BigQuery or Python experience is a plus
Background in consulting, investment banking, FP&A, or strategy/ops at an e-commerce or retail company
Experience supporting a senior executive or serving as an analytical/operational right hand
High-speed, reliable internet connection for US-hours collaboration
You’re a great team member with a can-do attitude; you’re self-reflective and take feedback well
