You’ll join our growing Growth team at Arionkoder. As an ambitious group, we're on a mission to continue the rapid growth we've seen over the last three years, with clear revenue and satisfaction targets. The role
We are looking for a remote Strategic Account Executive based in Latam to join our sales team, with travel possibilities to events, prospect meetings and road shows.
As a Strategic Account Executive, you'll be responsible for the full-cycle sales process (including cold outbound and events). You should be able to develop a deep understanding of our target customers and the challenges that they face.
The right candidate will have experience with value-based selling, and be experienced in dealing with mid-market organizations with experience in enterprise considered an asset. We expect you to generate short-term opportunities via your network and create new opportunities by identifying new target accounts and becoming an expert in our messaging. We are a sales team that’s focused on quality over quantity and value strategic thinking and creativity over simply following a playbook.
We are looking for someone who will embody initiative, teamwork and be a self-starter.
Responsibilities
Own the full cycle sales process, including generating new cold leads
Using and maintaining HubSpot for pipeline and outbound activities
Hit or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Build relationships with prospects, up to the C-level to create long term customers that will grow over time
Collaborate with our Product and Account Management teams to foster the transition from sales to client Implementation
Be an expert at articulating the Arionkoder difference and value
Who are you
4+ years of B2B sales experience selling tech professional services
Self-starter that takes bold initiative
Clear and concise communicator and presenter
Experience managing deals through the full cycle sales
Success outbound prospecting
Experience with deals sized 150k - 3M
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
Collaborative and competitive - you want to win but know that it’s sweeter to win as a team

Travel is expected, less than 10% of the time, primarily to the United States, where our customers are based.
