Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support accounting activities across all companies within the group. This role will be responsible for supporting key accounting functions including account reconciliations, month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and assisting in the improvement and standardization of accounting processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and communicating effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
Perform account reconciliations across multiple entities
Support month-end close processes
Assist in the preparation of financial statements
Support the improvement and standardization of accounting processes
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Support audit and reporting requests as needed
Requirements
3–4 years of accounting experience
At least 1 year of experience in account reconciliations and/or auditing
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Proactive, hands-on attitude
Nice to Have
Experience at large accounting or advisory firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
Experience in audit, consulting, or accounting roles in structured environments
