About the Role We’re looking for a full-time, remote Sr. Web Designer who is passionate about creating clean, high-performing digital experiences. This role is focused on designing marketing-driven web experiences that are visually strong, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to bring ideas to life, balancing creativity with performance and speed in a fast-paced, startup environment where ownership is key. We’re looking for someone who can execute quickly while also bringing strong creative thinking and design perspective to the table. Seniority Level: Mid-level Responsibilities: - Design modern, responsive web pages and components using Figma - Translate business goals, campaign briefs, and user insights into effective web experiences - Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to execute and iterate on designs - Create high-fidelity mockups and ensure smooth developer handoff - Continuously improve designs based on performance data, user behavior, and testing insights - Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across web properties - Contribute to landing pages, product pages, and ongoing website optimization efforts - Bring creative ideas and design perspective to projects — contributing to both concept and execution - Balance speed and quality, delivering high-impact work in a fast-moving environment Qualifications: - 3–5+ years of experience in web design (preferably in B2C, DTC, eCommerce, or performance-driven environments) - Strong portfolio showcasing web design work (landing pages, product pages, marketing sites) - Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto layout, components, design systems) - Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles (CRO, UX fundamentals, hierarchy, clarity) - Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling environment, with the ability to move quickly, operate with ambiguity, and take ownership end-to-end - Ability to execute quickly without sacrificing creativity or design quality - Strong design instincts and visual taste — able to elevate the work, not just follow direction - Comfortable operating in a high-velocity environment with rapid iteration and continuous feedback - Strong communication and collaboration skills - UI/UX Knowledge is a plus What’s in it for you?
