Sr. TypeScript Engineer | About You

As a Sr. TypeScript Engineer, you are responsible for delivering high‑impact features in a fast‑moving, AI‑assisted development environment. You are deeply experienced in AI‑driven and agentic development workflows, using tools such as Claude and/or Cursor to significantly increase development speed, quality, and iteration velocity. You are comfortable with vibe coding, working fluidly with AI to explore solutions, refine implementations, and ship results quickly. You thrive in sprint‑based teams with clear deadlines, take ownership of complex workstreams, and consistently perform at a high output level. You are comfortable collaborating with distributed teams and ramping quickly on new codebases, tooling, and workflows.

Sr. TypeScript Engineer | Day-to-Day

• Build, refactor, and deliver production‑ready features using TypeScript in a modern application stack.

• Leverage advanced AI coding tools (Claude and/or Cursor) as a core part of your daily development workflow, including agentic and iterative coding patterns.

• Apply agentic development workflows to break down problems, generate solutions, validate approaches, and accelerate delivery.

• Work within sprint cycles, committing to scoped deliverables and consistently meeting assigned deadlines.

• Deliver a high volume of story points per sprint, aligning with top‑tier performance benchmarks.

• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and technical leadership to solve complex technical problems.

• Review and improve existing code while maintaining performance, readability, and scalability.

• Participate in technical discussions and help shape best practices for AI‑assisted and agentic development.

Sr. TypeScript Engineer | Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in software development, engineering, or a closely related role, delivering production‑ready applications in fast‑paced environments.

• Strong, hands‑on fluency with TypeScript, including building and maintaining scalable, maintainable code within modern application architectures.

• Demonstrated experience with agentic development workflows, using AI to plan, iterate, validate solutions, and accelerate engineering tasks from end‑to‑end.

• Recent, dedicated experience using Claude and/or Cursor at an advanced level, leveraging these tools for high‑velocity, high‑quality development beyond basic code generation.

• Comfortable with vibe coding, working interactively with AI to explore approaches, refine implementations, and quickly converge on production‑ready outcomes.

• Proven ability to deliver high output in sprint‑based development environments, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations for scoped work and story point delivery.

• Fluent or very strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, cross‑functional teams.
