Special Ops Growth Operator (Full-Stack / B2B SaaS)
We are a well-established and successful enterprise SaaS company trusted by massive global brands like Coca-Cola, Uber, and Harley-Davidson. We have an incredible technical marketing foundation, but we are looking for an army of one to unlock our next phase of growth.
We don't need a corporate manager, and we don't need a pure creative. We need a Full-Stack Growth Operator with a founder mindset. You will act as our special ops force, taking high-level strategic missions from the CEO and executing them from top to bottom. You will not have a team of designers or developers to lean on—you are the infrastructure.
How We Work
We have a very well-oiled growth team that owns the vision, thought leadership, closing enterprise deals, as well as the heavy machinery (the main website, global events, and core SEO).
YOU will own special ops. You will build rapid, lightweight infrastructure to execute channel marketing, targeted outbound, inbound capture, community building, and rapid experiments.
Your Responsibilities
You will pivot from week to week based on our strategic priorities. Example missions include:
Channel Ecosystems: Targeting special users by scraping accounts, building a targeted landing page, writing the email sequence, integrating lead capture into Pipedrive via n8n, and launching a campaign that balances aggressive outbound with smart inbound capture.
Review Drives: Owning the ultimate outcome of our G2 presence. Yes, you will build n8n automations to track closed-won deals in Pipedrive, but your job isn't just to send emails. If an automation doesn't convert, you will pick up the phone, manually message executives on LinkedIn, figure out ethical incentives, and do whatever it takes (within white-hat practices) to get the review.
Community Engine: Architecting and managing our community on Circle, turning it from a gathering place into a proactive engine for customer retention, feedback, and enterprise pipeline generation.
Scrappy Content Sprints: Creating assets, spinning up a one-off microsite, and running targeted distribution to key stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Relentlessly Outcome-Oriented: Technical skills are just one component under your belt. You care about the final result, not just the process. You will do unscalable things if it means hitting the goal.
Deeply Tech-Savvy: You aren't just a marketer; you understand software. You can read technical documentation, understand what an API connector does, and translate complex product value into compelling copy.
Inbound & Outbound Master: You know how to hunt for leads (outbound) and how to build the traps to catch them (inbound).
Community Architect: You know how to build, moderate, and extract business value from digital communities.
A "Zero-to-One" Builder: You might be a former founder, an ex-agency owner, or the literal first marketing hire at a scrappy startup.
Fiercely Independent: You view obstacles as puzzles. If you need a landing page, you build it. If you need a workflow, you build it in n8n. You don't submit tickets; you solve problems.
Fluent in English: You will be marketing to a global, enterprise-level audience.
Your Toolbelt
You must be highly proficient (or able to figure out instantly) tools like:
Automation & CRM: n8n, Pipedrive.
Web & Design: Tools to quickly spin up assets without code.
Outbound & Data: Apollo, Lemlist, Clay, or similar tools.
Community: Circle.
