Job Title: Solutions Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Solutions Specialist who has technical aptitude, supply chain knowledge, customer communication skills, and is a master problem solver. Solution Specialists are primarily focused on customer ticket resolutions and ensuring the customer is empowered with the knowledge needed to succeed.
The supply chain space continues to evolve and is in need of constant improvement. We are a Continuous Improvement team with a pursuit of customer delight, insight, stability, and confidence. What You’ll Do
As a Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with installed clients, ensure system stability, and work to improve the overall customer experience through the system and ticketing.
Manage and utilize ticketing software - Own tickets and empower customers with solutions, advice, and/or resolutions
Configuration, testing, and issue resolution
Provide phone support
Become a product expert
Foster client product competency
What You’ll Need
4+ years of experience in software support or implementation
Fluent in English
Experience using ticketing software
Enterprise application software
Supply Chain industry knowledge
Software troubleshooting
Ability to handle multiple tickets and prioritize accordingly
Creative problem solver
Excellent written communication and task management skills
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Ability to collaborate with team members both technically and functionally
Self-motivated and hungry to learn
Any technical skills - Sequel, XML/JSON files, JavaScript, and system logging
