About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own and grow LatamCent’s presence across all major platforms. You’ll be the voice of our brand online, crafting content that educates, engages, and converts our target audience of SaaS founders, hiring leads, and executives.This is a part-time remote role at 20 hours per week, ideal for someone based in Latin America who thrives in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a consistent social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram,
- Twitter/X, and TikTok
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (copy, graphics, short-form video)
- aligned with LatamCent’s brand voice
- Monitor and engage with followers, comments, and DMs to build community
- Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, leads) on a
- weekly/monthly basis
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and B2B content best practicesCollaborate with internal teams to repurpose case studies, testimonials, and hiring
- insights into social content
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns when needed
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
- Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across LinkedIn, Instagram,
- Twitter/X, and TikTok
- Strong copywriting skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite,
- Sprout Social, or similar)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools)
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, or staffing/recruiting content is a strong plus
- Self-starter who can manage their own time and deadlines remotely
Nice to Have
- Experience with short-form video production and editing
- Familiarity with LinkedIn ads or Meta ads
- Understanding of nearshore/remote hiring trends in Latin America
