Help manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, campaign setup, testing, optimization, and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather feedback, approvals, and campaign information
Manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and content workflows simultaneously
Requirements
4+ years of experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or multiple client accounts
Strong experience with organic social media strategy, content planning, publishing, and community management
Hands-on paid social experience
Experience working with hospitality, restaurants, hotels, travel, lifestyle, food and beverage, or consumer brands
Excellent English and the ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and current social media best practices
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media scheduling tools
Experience creating content calendars and managing approval workflows
Experience analyzing campaign insights, identifying trends, and making optimization recommendations
Good visual judgment and the ability to brief creative teams effectively
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
Comfortable communicating with clients and presenting recommendations
Benefits
Remote work with a growing, creative agency
Clear opportunity to expand the role as the agency and client portfolio grow
Autonomy to bring new ideas, improve processes, and influence social strategy
