Our client is a boutique social media agency specializing in hospitality, lifestyle, restaurant, and food brands. They manage a curated portfolio ranging from corporate hotel groups to boutique establishments and lifestyle labels. The agency is founder-led and focused on delivering high-quality, engagement-driven social media strategies that build meaningful audience connections and brand presence.
We are hiring a Social Media Manager to take ownership of execution across multiple client accounts within a fast-paced agency environment. This role exists to offload the day-to-day operational workload from the founder, enabling business growth and client expansion. You will manage publishing, engagement, caption writing, and reporting while maintaining distinct brand voices across clients. The role is execution-heavy with room for proactive input on trends and content ideas. This is ideal for a socially fluent, highly organized, and self-sufficient professional who understands platform culture natively and thrives in an independent, remote setup.
You will directly enable the agency’s growth by ensuring seamless execution across all client accounts. Your work will improve consistency in content delivery, strengthen audience engagement, and maintain high-quality brand communication. You will contribute to measurable increases in reach, engagement, and follower growth while ensuring reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. By owning execution, you allow leadership to focus on scaling the business and acquiring new clients.
