We need a "Search Architect" to command the organic traffic engine of the Partyhat web ecosystem. Your job is to technical-proof our site architecture, build dominant authority moats, and hijack search intent with surgical precision. This is a remote, high-availability role for a data-driven specialist who treats the organic landscape as a competitive matrix and knows how to scale visibility in a world disrupted by zero-click interfaces and AI search engines.

We don't care about standard agency credentials or certificates—we care about the raw power, sustainability, and growth of your keyword profiles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical SEO Auditing: Own and execute continuous, rigorous site crawls to eliminate indexing roadblocks, master site indexing speed, and maintain an uncompromised Core Web Vitals scoreboard.

• Intent & Keyword Engineering: Map high-value, high-converting keyword structures, focusing on long-tail opportunities and commercial-intent terms that funnel high-intent users directly to our platform.

• On-Page Optimization: Structurally optimize landing pages, schema markups, and content layouts to dominate traditional search result pages, win featured snippets, and capture real estate in modern AI discovery algorithms.

• Authority Building: Architect and scale an organic, high-equity backlink network, building defensive authority moats that insulate our web properties from erratic algorithm shifts.

• Programmatic & Scaled SEO: Design and collaborate with the engineering team to deploy programmatic SEO systems, spinning up hyper-targeted dynamic page frameworks to capture scaled long-tail search volume.

• Analytics and Attribution: Own the underlying visibility dashboards, tracking impression shares, keyword positioning, and organic user acquisition costs (CAC) to turn raw performance data into calculated growth plays.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• The "Search Engineer": A proven track record of scaling organic traffic and building long-term search visibility for high-velocity tech, digital media, or consumer web platforms.

• Data-First Focus: You do not execute SEO strategies based on vague theories or hype. You live in tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog, using cold, hard numbers to drive decisions.

• Web-Ready Insight: Deep understanding of HTML structures, URL logic, canonical patterns, mobile-first design performance, and how layout architecture affects crawl budget efficiency.

• Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5 position. Search visibility is continuous, and algorithm updates or site errors can break traffic overnight. You must be highly responsive and available to tackle system hotfixes or optimize content pipelines in real time.

• Operational Excellence: Self-motivated and highly organized; you can balance multiple project roadmaps, content pipelines, and technical audit logs without losing track of a single ranking factor.

• Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to handle real-time algorithm shifts, performance drops, or critical code releases).
