About this Role.

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive SEO & Organic Growth Strategist to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will work closely with marketing, content, design, and leadership teams to drive scalable organic growth strategies focused on search visibility, authority building, AI-driven search optimization, and measurable business impact.

This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful SEO initiatives, improve organic acquisition channels, and shape long-term growth strategies in highly competitive markets.

This project focuses on driving sustainable organic growth through technical SEO, AI search optimization, content strategy, authority building, and conversion-focused optimization.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with strong technical SEO expertise.

  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, semantic SEO, search intent, internal linking strategies, and domain authority growth.

  • Experience developing and executing scalable organic growth strategies for B2B or SaaS businesses.

  • Proven experience with backlink acquisition strategies, digital PR, outreach campaigns, and authority-building initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools including Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.

  • Strong knowledge of AI-driven search trends, AI Overviews, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and semantic search optimization.

  • Experience creating SEO dashboards, reports, and presenting performance insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, UX principles, and landing page performance analysis.

  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and own SEO initiatives end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical SEO audits and identify opportunities related to crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and site performance.

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on long-term organic growth, lead generation, and business impact.

  • Optimize metadata, internal linking structures, and on-page content to improve search rankings and visibility.

  • Monitor and improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and domain authority metrics.

  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues affecting performance and user experience.

  • Develop backlink acquisition strategies through outreach, digital PR, guest posting, and linkable asset initiatives.

  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop SEO-driven content strategies and topical authority initiatives.

  • Optimize content for traditional search engines and AI-driven search experiences.

  • Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to identify high-impact growth opportunities.

  • Create and maintain SEO dashboards and reports using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Looker Studio.

  • Clearly communicate SEO performance, insights, recommendations, and business impact to stakeholders.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Collaborate with paid search teams to align SEO and SEM strategies.

  • Support CRO initiatives through landing page analysis, A/B testing recommendations, and UX optimization.
