Picus Security is looking for a seasoned, hardworking, and overachieving Senior Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives. You will be responsible for driving new business sales while collaborating with customer success teams with a focus on customer value. This position requires that the candidate be an industry subject matter expert with business acumen.
This role will align with the Country Manager, Technical Director, Product Management, as well as supporting roles in Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success. The Solutions Architect team will work with the Sales organization to define solutions for Enterprise Customers and Prospects while aligning with Partners to accelerate revenue and strategic growth initiatives. The position requires a seasoned Sales Engineer profile with a proven track record of revenue growth and team collaboration.
The successful Senior Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) needs to be located in Mexico City.
What You'll Do
* Assist to refine and scale the core sales engineering processes such as discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept
* Work with the Technical Director and our Enterprise Customers to design, create and present business solutions to increase revenue growth
* Develop healthy and trusted relationships with strategic Partners
* Respond and support requests for proposals (RFPs)
* Represent Picus through business solutions and Thought Leadership at events, panels, and webinars
* Collaborate with a variety of internal functional areas to ensure solutions are implemented and supported in-line with client expectations
* Provide input on product development or enhancements to existing solutions to product management function
* Willing to travel within Mexico for customers facing activities, as well as marketing, channel, and key partner initiatives
What You Have
* BS degree or combination of education and pre-sales experience in Security, Cloud, and Network Systems
* At least five years of experience working within a Cybersecurity Sales Engineering role
* Demonstrated success working with technical decision makers and Executives
* Knowledge of emerging cyber technologies as well as Public Cloud provider solutions and services. (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Broad technology experience including risk visibility and prioritization, cloud architecture, networking, security, and IT transformation
* Experience architecting/designing solutions built on-prem and cloud
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
