About this Role.
About the role: We are looking for highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineers to join a large-scale modernization initiative to transform legacy systems into modern cloud-native microservices.
You will become part of an engineering squad responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions using modern development practices, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted workflows.
This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about building scalable applications, collaborating in fast-paced environments, and leveraging AI to improve software delivery and engineering efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:* Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and Angular
Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems into microservices-based architectures
Collaborate with architects, product stakeholders, and engineering teams
Build scalable and maintainable cloud-native applications
Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning
Write clean, well-tested, production-ready code
Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to improve delivery speed and quality
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues
Requirements:* 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- .NET
- Angular
- Full Stack development
- Experience building and maintaining production applications
- Experience working with cloud-based environments
- Experience working within Agile teams
- Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience working with agents, agentic workflows, or AI-driven software development processes
Nice to Have:* Experience with Claude and structured Claude-based development workflows
Experience working with microservice architectures
Experience with event-driven systems
Experience modernizing legacy applications
Experience working in distributed engineering teams
Experience in veterinary, healthcare, animal health, or related industries
Experience with Azure or AWS
Experience mentoring junior engineers
Valid US visa
Willingness to travel to the US every 4–6 weeks if needed
