We are seeking a QA Automation Lead to serve as a technical leader within our Quality Engineering practice. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining scalable automation solutions, driving quality initiatives across multiple projects, and collaborating closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Required Technical Skills

QA & Automation

• 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience

• 4+ years of Test Automation experience

• Automation framework design and maintenance

• Web application automation testing

• API testing and automation

• Test strategy and test planning

• Test case design and quality engineering best practices

Programming

• Strong programming skills in at least one modern language

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

• Design patterns and clean code principles

DevOps & Tools

• CI/CD pipeline integration

• Git and source control workflows

• Test reporting and quality metrics

Database & Backend Validation

• SQL

• Data validation and troubleshooting

Leadership & Project Management

• Technical leadership experience

• Mentoring and coaching engineers

• Project planning and estimation

• Risk identification and mitigation

• Stakeholder communication
