We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to own the full delivery of a complex, multi-workstream cloud migration engagement. You will be the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication — driving a cross-functional team toward a hard deadline: a published, Snowflake-approved Marketplace application.

This is a fast-paced engagement spanning data engineering, cloud-native development, and platform integration. If you thrive on bringing order to technically complex programs and keeping senior stakeholders aligned, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Delivery & Planning

• Maintain and manage the master project plan, milestones, and delivery roadmap across all workstreams.

• Coordinate dependencies between parallel tracks — desktop collector, ETL migration, Admin UI rebuild, and Marketplace submission.

• Ensure Snowflake Marketplace submission timelines (including the 8–12 week security review window) are tracked and sequenced correctly.

• Manage scope change requests and keep decision logs up to date.

Stakeholder Management & Risk

• Conduct weekly status reviews with client leadership and proactively surface risks.

• Act as the primary escalation point for blockers and inter-workstream conflicts.

• Keep all parties aligned on priorities, constraints, and progress in a high-velocity environment.

Transition Planning

• Oversee knowledge transfer planning for the 6–9 month handover to the client's offshore software team.

• Ensure documentation, processes, and context are structured for a smooth transition.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of experience managing software delivery or cloud transformation programs.

• Demonstrated experience running cross-functional teams with multiple parallel workstreams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting to senior technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience delivering data platform or cloud migration projects (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or similar).

• Familiarity with Snowflake Marketplace or platform certification/compliance processes is a plus.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.

• Experience managing offshore knowledge transfer or team transition programs.
