About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape the future of a growing platform operating in the events, fundraising, auctions, and nonprofit space.

This is not a traditional Product Manager role. We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats while collaborating across engineering, leadership, customers, and stakeholders.

You will play a key role in defining product direction, establishing scalable product processes, driving customer-centric decisions, and helping teams execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts, analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a startup mentality.

Responsibilities:* Define and drive product initiatives from discovery through delivery.

  • Establish and improve product management processes where structure does not yet exist.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers to understand needs and prioritize solutions.

  • Translate customer feedback, business objectives, and technical constraints into actionable product requirements.

  • Drive product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning.

  • Monitor feature adoption, user behavior, and product performance after launch.

  • Use analytics, customer insights, and experimentation to guide product decisions.

  • Facilitate communication between engineering teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.

  • Create alignment across teams and help drive execution toward shared goals.

  • Leverage modern AI tools to improve productivity, research, documentation, analysis, and product workflows.

Requirements:* 5+ years of Product Management experience.

  • Experience working in startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience driving product initiatives from concept to launch.

  • Ability to operate effectively in environments with limited processes or structure.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.

Must Have:* Proven experience building or improving product processes.

  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable product work.

  • Strong product discovery and roadmap planning skills.

  • Experience working directly with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams.

  • Experience using analytics and customer behavior data to drive decisions.

  • Experience implementing or working with:

    • Heatmaps
    • Product analytics tools
    • User behavior tracking tools
    • Feature adoption analysis
    • Strong ability to influence without direct authority.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
    • Meaningful and sophisticated use of AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, research, documentation, or decision-making.

Nice to Have:* Experience in: * Events * Auctions * Fundraising * Nonprofit technology * Ticketing platforms * Community platforms * Live commerce * Experience with SaaS products. * Experience working after acquisitions or organizational transformations. * Experience leading product initiatives with globally distributed teams. * Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies. * Technical background or experience collaborating closely with software engineers. * Experience working with AI-enabled products or AI-driven workflows.
