Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners to support the training and evaluation of advanced AI systems. The role focuses on creating and reviewing complex clinical scenarios that test AI capabilities in differential diagnosis, prescribing decisions, multi-morbidity care planning, clinical risk assessment, and high-acuity decision-making.

This opportunity is best suited to senior advanced-practice nurses with substantial recent clinical experience who are comfortable applying diagnostic reasoning, pharmacotherapeutic knowledge, and evidence-based guidelines to complex patient cases.

CONTRACT: Short-term contractor assignment, 9 weeks

COMMITMENT: At least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours of PST overlap

LOCATIONS: Remote - Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Mexico.

NOTES: Candidates must hold active APRN licensure and a relevant national or regional Nurse Practitioner board certification, and must have practiced clinically within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-difficulty clinical tasks involving advanced-practice nursing scenarios.

  • Develop gold-standard solutions covering differential diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, and clinical decision-making.

  • Build scenarios involving high-acuity presentations, multi-morbidity, and competing diagnostic possibilities.

  • Review AI-generated clinical outputs for accuracy, safety, completeness, and practical relevance.

  • Evaluate pharmacologic treatment plans, prescribing logic, contraindications, and risk-benefit considerations within scope of practice.

  • Validate clinical scenarios involving laboratory findings, imaging, patient history, and multi-system presentations.

  • Review and calibrate other contributors’ outputs against established clinical quality standards.

  • Apply evaluation rubrics consistently across complex advanced-practice cases.

  • Identify genuine clinical edge cases and ambiguous evaluation criteria.

  • Participate in calibration and revision cycles to improve clinical precision and task quality.

Requirements

  • Approximately 8–15 years of advanced-practice nursing experience in primary, acute, or specialty care.

  • Active clinical practice within the last 3 years.

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).

  • Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license or equivalent regional credential.

  • Active or recent Nurse Practitioner board certification such as FNP, AGNP, PMHNP, or an equivalent specialty certification.

  • Strong experience with complex differential diagnosis, clinical risk stratification, and multi-system care planning.

  • Hands-on experience with pharmacotherapeutic management and prescribing within the candidate’s scope of practice.
