Role: Senior .NET Developer — Backend-Heavy Full Stack
Location/Type: LATAM, Eastern Europe, or India • Remote
Pay: Up to $4,500/month
Setup: Full-time 1099
Schedule: U.S. hours through at least 4 PM Eastern
Join our client, a U.S. healthcare organization, and improve an existing healthcare codebase with strong backend, SQL, and Angular work.
Build backend features in C# and .NET Core
Maintain APIs using Web API and EF Core
Improve SQL Server queries and stored procedures
Troubleshoot backend and database performance issues
Support Angular modules, components, and services
Contribute to Clean Architecture improvements
Work with engineering and business teams on requirements
7+ years with C#/.NET and Angular
Strong .NET Core and Web API experience
SQL Server stored procedures and query optimization
Entity Framework Core experience
JWT, Identity, and authentication experience
U.S. healthcare, HIPAA, claims, or patient data experience
CQRS familiarity
Medicare or member data experience
Bitbucket and JIRA experience
Azure or AWS experience
Pay up to $4,500/month
Full-time 1099 contractor setup
Remote from LATAM, Eastern Europe, or India
Backend-heavy senior engineering contribution
U.S. healthcare software exposure
Must work U.S. hours
Must overlap through at least 4 PM Eastern
