About the Role As a Senior Front End Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing the digital experience of our commercial journey in Brazil. You will be responsible for reimagining the commercial CRM, creating new customer touchpoints, and taking our interfaces to the next level by leveraging AI‑powered tools for design and personalization. Contract type: full‑time, CLT. Responsibilities * Design and implement interactive interfaces with a strong product and business focus. * Redesign the commercial CRM and communication flows with end customers. * Apply UI/UX techniques and AI‑assisted design (prompt engineering, Claude Code). * Ensure consistency, accessibility and high performance in the user experience. * Develop reusable components using React or Angular and JavaScript. * Integrate front‑end services with back‑end APIs and workflows. * Contribute to technical architecture decisions and development best practices. * Take an active role in roadmap discussions, prioritization and rapid iterations. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and strong end‑user focus. Requirements * 6+ years of experience in Front End development * Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React or Angular * Experience in UI/UX, product design and building scalable components * Experience integrating APIs and working with distributed architectures * Proactivity, attention to detail and strong business orientation *Plus:** Experience with LLMs, Claude Code, or AI technologies applied to software development. * Ability to work in Spanish and collaborate with distributed teams remotely.
