Senior Experience Designer

ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Senior Experience Designer in Argentina based in Buenos Aires for a hybrid position: 2–3 days per week onsite at our local office, with the remaining days remote.Working hours 10:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM ART ABOUT PROJECT The client is among the top-5 health insurance companies in the US. REQUIREMENTS

• Design user experiences and user interfaces for AI-driven applications and modernization initiatives

• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma

• Support the design of digital signature workflows and related user interactions

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business and AI-related requirements into intuitive user experiences

• Ensure consistency across screens, components, and design patterns

• Support implementation by providing design guidance and reviewing completed work against approved designs

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong experience with Figma

• Experience designing modern web-based and AI-enabled applications

• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Strong understanding of UX principles and modern UI design practices

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Experience collaborating closely with development teams

• Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
