We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Video Editor to join our growing team on a contractual basis. This role is ideal for a commercially-minded creative who understands the intersection between content, performance marketing, and ecommerce growth.
You will be responsible for creating and optimising high-performing video creatives across TikTok, Meta, and other paid social platforms, helping some of the UK's fastest-growing ecommerce brands acquire customers and scale profitably.
This is more than a traditional editing role. You'll work closely with our creative strategists, media buyers, designers, and content creators to bring concepts to life, identify winning creative patterns, and continuously improve performance through testing and iteration.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional editing skills with a strong understanding of direct-response advertising, short-form content trends, and platform-native creative best practices.

You will join our talented production team, which serves as your creative division. We strategise, ideate, create, and optimise exceptional creative content, including UGC, high-production, design, and motion graphic ads. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop performance creative solution, acting as an in-house creative team for our clients.

Requirements
Lead the editing and optimisation of performance-driven video creatives across multiple ecommerce brands
Deliver high-quality video content that aligns with each brand's tone of voice, positioning, and commercial objectives
Specialise in social media advertising content including UGC, motion graphics, and high-production creative assets
Optimise content for TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and emerging platforms to maximise engagement, conversions, and performance
Apply advanced editing techniques including storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, captions, hooks, and colour grading
Collaborate with strategists, content creators, designers, and media buyers to translate creative concepts into high-performing assets
Proactively identify emerging content trends, editing techniques, and creative opportunities that improve campaign results
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards and meeting deadlines
Contribute creative ideas and recommendations that improve overall campaign performance
Take full ownership of both your successes and failures

4+ years of experience producing performance-driven video creatives, ideally within ecommerce, DTC, or agency environments
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; experience with additional creative tools is a plus
Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta advertising, and short-form video best practices
Proven ability to create creatives designed to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue
Advanced knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, captions, storytelling, and colour grading
Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and creative testing methodologies
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
