Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced, performance-driven digital marketing team. This role requires a strong balance of creativity, speed, adaptability, and production excellence. You will concept, design, and produce high-performing digital assets across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with account, strategy, and media teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conceptualize and produce high-performing digital ad assets across multiple platforms including:
- Google (Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn
- TikTok
- X
- Pinterest
- Create static, animated, and video advertisements optimized for performance marketing.
- Edit short-form and long-form video, including UGC-style content.
- Rapidly produce static ad variations for A/B testing and campaign scaling.
- Work within and manage 15–20+ brand guidelines, ensuring strict adherence and consistency.
- Study and internalize multiple brand voices, visual systems, and positioning frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account and media teams to ensure assets align with strategy and performance data.
- Iterate creative based on client feedback and data-driven insights.
- Design landing pages and conversion-focused experiences using platforms such as Unbounce, Webflow, and HubSpot.
- Build and prototype in Figma; occasionally adapt assets in Canva when required by client systems.
- Actively research and learn new platforms, ad formats, and evolving best practices
- Integrate AI tools into the creative workflow, including AI-assisted concepting, image generation, copy support, and production acceleration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5–10 years of professional experience, preferably within a digital marketing or performance-focused agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Strong working knowledge of Figma.
- Experience with video editing, UGC editing, motion graphics, and rapid creative production.
- Demonstrated experience creating performance-driven ad creative across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of:
- Digital ad specifications and formatting requirements
- Typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Conversion-focused design principles
- Experience designing landing pages in Unbounce, Webflow, or HubSpot.
- Comfort working with AI tools and a proactive approach to integrating AI into creative workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience producing digital audio and CTV ad creative.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and understanding how creative impacts ROAS and conversion rates.
- Basic understanding of UX principles and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience working across multiple industries and adapting quickly to new brand ecosystems.
