Team Leadership | Client Delivery | Portfolio Performance
We’re a fast-growing staffing agency building a structured operating model designed to support scale.
We’re hiring a Senior Client Partner to lead a team of Account Managers while overseeing the performance of a portfolio of client relationships.
You’ll manage 40–50 client accounts and lead 2–3 Account Managers responsible for coordinating hiring searches across those engagements.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, managing complex client engagements, and ensuring strong execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PORTFOLIO OPERATIONS
You will oversee the operational performance of your client accounts.
This includes:
- Monitoring hiring pipelines across accounts
- Ensuring hiring processes move efficiently
- Identifying potential delivery risks early
- Maintaining consistent service quality
- Coordinating closely with recruiting teams
TEAM LEADERSHIP
You will manage 2–3 Account Managers responsible for day-to-day client coordination.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting clear expectations and performance standards
- Reviewing hiring progress across accounts
- Coaching team members on client communication
- Supporting escalations when issues arise
- Developing team members into stronger operators
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
You will maintain strong client relationships by:
- Leading client check-ins
- Managing expectations during hiring processes
- Addressing issues quickly
- Ensuring clients feel supported throughout engagements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 6–8+ years in staffing or recruiting agency environments
- Experience managing complex client engagements
- Experience leading client-facing teams
- Strong operational thinking and organization
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
