Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering professionals with strong expertise in CAD modeling, simulation workflows, and engineering analysis to contribute to an advanced aerospace-focused AI and engineering project. This role is ideal for engineers with hands-on experience working on complex aerospace systems, simulations, and design optimization initiatives within high-performance engineering environments.
You will work on aerospace design and simulation tasks involving industry-standard engineering tools, helping evaluate and support sophisticated engineering workflows. Candidates with backgrounds in globally recognized aerospace and engineering organizations are strongly preferred.
CONTRACT: Contractor assignment (8 weeks)
COMMITMENT: Part-time (20h/week) or Full-time (40h/week) with minimum 4h PST overlap
LOCATION: Remote — India, Mexico, Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt
PROCESS: Delivery Review → Short Interview → Offline Assessment
NOTES: Strong communication skills are required. Candidates currently working with leading aerospace/engineering companies are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine CAD models for aerospace-related engineering projects
Perform simulations and engineering analysis using industry-standard tools
Translate engineering requirements into simulation workflows and technical models
Validate and optimize designs based on simulation outcomes
Work with aerospace and mechanical engineering datasets and specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering stakeholders
Document methodologies, assumptions, processes, and results
Support evaluation and improvement of engineering workflows and outputs
Contribute to technically rigorous aerospace design initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
8+ years of experience in CAD engineering and simulation-focused environments
Strong aerospace or mechanical engineering fundamentals
Hands-on experience with aerospace modeling, simulation, or design projects
Proficiency with CAD and simulation tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, or MATLAB
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
